For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "99fd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 99fd platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses any service made available through the 99fd website at https://99fd.app.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the 99fd registration process.
• "Platform" means the 99fd website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://99fd.app.
• "Real Money Activity" means any deposit, withdrawal, wagering, or gaming transaction involving actual Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or any other accepted currency on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to an Account by 99fd pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under 99fd's internal compliance framework.

By accessing the 99fd Platform, creating an Account, or engaging in any Real Money Activity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on 99fd from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 99fd Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an Account on 99fd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 99fd strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended 99fd Account.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a 99fd employee or partner organisation.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on 99fd at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your 99fd login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Ensuring your Account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying 99fd support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account.

99fd will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 99fd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

99fd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added at 99fd's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a reasonable processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed full KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on your selected payment method.
• 99fd reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for any withdrawal request.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.

99fd does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 99fd accepts no responsibility.

From time to time, 99fd offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds are specified individually for each promotion at the time of the offer.
• 99fd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player who 99fd reasonably believes is exploiting bonus offers may have their bonus eligibility revoked and Account reviewed.

All betting and gaming activity on 99fd is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99fd does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a game or market is declared void in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, network error, or system malfunction during a game session, 99fd reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where possible, interrupted sessions will be resumed from the last recorded valid game state.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. Current values at the time of placing a bet apply.
• Cricket and sports betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99fd Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of funds where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 99fd staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 99fd Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, data compilations, and page layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99fd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from 99fd.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the 99fd brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without explicit written consent.

99fd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on 99fd, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is used to verify your identity, process transactions, provide customer support, and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• 99fd employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain login security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, or UBL in processing your transactions.

In any event, 99fd's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

Upon termination for cause:

• All Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be voided immediately.
• Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation if fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected.
• 99fd will provide written notice of the reason for termination to the email address registered on the Account.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 99fd's customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks are completed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99fd holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 99fd's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.

99fd makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legally available for use in all locations within Pakistan. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations applicable to them.

99fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 99fd will notify Players via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, via email to the address registered on your Account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
